We collect the following categories of information when you use Destiny:

  • Account information — your name, email address, company name, and password when you register.
  • Call data — recordings, transcripts, and outcome logs generated by your campaigns and inbound call flows.
  • Contact lists — phone numbers and associated data you upload for use in outbound campaigns.
  • Usage data — information about how you interact with the platform, including feature usage, session data, and logs.
  • Billing information — payment method details processed securely through our payment provider.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Destiny platform.
  • Process billing and manage your subscription.
  • Improve product features and overall performance.
  • Respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms.

We do not sell your personal information or your contact list data to any third party.


3. Data Storage

All data collected and processed by Destiny is stored on servers located in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer and storage of your information in the United States.


4. Call Recordings

Call recordings generated through the Service are stored securely in Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3. Access to recordings is restricted to the tenant account that created them. Recordings are not accessible to other customers or shared externally.


5. Contact List Data

Contact data you upload to Destiny — including phone numbers and associated fields — is used solely to deliver the campaigns you configure. This data is never sold, shared with other customers, or used for any purpose beyond executing your instructions within the platform.


6. Third-Party Services

Destiny relies on the following third-party providers to deliver the Service. Each has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data:

  • Twilio — voice and SMS delivery. Twilio Privacy Policy
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud infrastructure and call recording storage. AWS Privacy Policy

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained for 90 days following cancellation of your subscription, after which it is permanently deleted. Call recordings are retained in accordance with your plan's storage terms. You may request early deletion of your data by contacting us at [email protected].


8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact our support team or email [email protected]. We will respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.


9. Cookies

Destiny uses minimal session cookies necessary to keep you logged in and maintain platform functionality. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies that follow you across other sites.


10. Children

The Service is not directed at or intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.


11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify customers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
